We are saddened by the sudden passing of Gord Cole and send our sincere condolences to his wife Pat and family. Gord was an MFFCA Life Member and was the MFFCA President/Director from 1999 to 2003. Gord competed in the Manitoba Provincial for over 40 years winning the Championship 3 times in 1968, 1977, and 1997.

Bob (R.H.) Poole was inducted as a CFFCA Life Member at the 2023 Canadian Championship held in Charlottetown, PEI.

Manitoba Fallen Firefighters Foundation - $5000

In September 2024, MFFCA President Shayne Cormier presented a cheque for $5000 for the Manitoba Fallen Firefighters Foundation.

Louis Riel School Division Trust $5000

In 2022, the CFFCA and the MFFCA are proud to donate to the Louis Riel School Division Feeding the Families Initiative. Darcy Cormack, Assistant Superintendent, receives the donation cheque from the President of the Manitoba Fire Fighters Curling Association, Shayne Cormier.
